How to delete your data
Your data is yours and you can withdraw it whenever you want. There are three routes, depending on what you want to delete: one specific integration, your whole account, or access from Facebook or Google themselves.
1. Disconnect one integration
If you just want Comando to stop accessing a system, go to app.comando.pro, open the section where that connection lives —My CRM for your CRM, Marketing for your ad accounts — and press Disconnect.
The moment you do, we stop querying that system. We delete the access token immediately and the synced copy of those records within 30 days (the CRM one, within 7). Your Comando account and your other integrations keep working.
2. Close your account and delete everything
Write to us at privacidad@comando.pro from the email address you signed up with, asking us to delete your account. We confirm your identity and proceed.
We delete your account, your operators, every connection and its credentials, the synced records and the conversation history. Deletion completes within 30 days in live systems and 90 days in backups, which are overwritten by rotation.
We keep only what the law requires us to keep — billing and certain audit records — and nothing else. We confirm by email when it is done.
3. Revoke access from Facebook or Google
You can also cut off access from the other side, without opening Comando:
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram): go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find Comando and press Remove.
- Google: go to your Google account permissions, find Comando and withdraw access.
When you revoke that way, the platform tells us and we apply the same as in point 1: token deleted immediately and synced copy removed within 30 days. If you also want to close your Comando account, write to us as described in point 2.
4. If you have questions
Write to privacidad@comando.pro. We reply within 30 days and tell you exactly what was deleted and when. The full detail of what data we process and on what legal basis is in the Privacy policy.
