Terms of service
These terms govern access to and use of the site comando.pro and of the Comando platform available at app.comando.pro (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms.
1. The Service
Comando is an integration and automation platform that connects CRM systems, ecommerce, lead sources, messaging channels and webhooks, and lets you define rules and automations, including in plain language. We may modify, extend or withdraw features in order to improve the Service.
2. Account and access
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for the activity carried out from your account and for the users you invite to your workspace.
- During early access, the Service may be offered by invitation and with limited capabilities.
3. Third-party integrations
When you connect a third-party system (for example HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Meta, TikTok, WhatsApp or an online store) you declare that you are authorised to do so and you accept that provider's terms. Comando is not responsible for the availability, changes or limits of third-party APIs.
4. Automations and messaging
The automations and messages you configure run under your responsibility. You must comply with applicable regulation on data protection, commercial communications and recipient consent, as well as the policies of the messaging platforms (including WhatsApp Business). Comando may require confirmation before running sensitive actions, such as bulk sends or monetary changes.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications, process data without a legal basis, infringe third-party rights, attempt unauthorised access to other workspaces, reverse-engineer the Service or interfere with its operation or security.
6. Data and ownership
Your data and your customers' data remain yours. You grant us the licence needed to process it for the sole purpose of providing the Service. Comando, its software, trademarks and content belong to Comando or its licensors. The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy policy.
7. Plans and payments
Plans, prices and billing conditions are shown at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the current period. Applicable taxes will be added where relevant.
8. Availability and support
We work to keep the Service continuously available, but we do not guarantee it will be free of interruptions. We may carry out scheduled maintenance, which we will try to announce in advance. Support is offered through the channels listed in the platform.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Comando will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, data loss caused by third parties, or decisions made on the basis of synced information. Comando's total liability towards you is limited to the amounts paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to it.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or cancel access in the event of a breach of these terms, a security risk or a legal requirement. You can close your account whenever you want; after closing, we will delete your data in accordance with the Privacy policy.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. We will publish the current version on this page with the update date and, if the change is significant, we will notify you. Continued use of the Service after the update means you accept it.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of the country where Comando is incorporated, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by the regulation of your place of residence. For any question write to us at legal@comando.pro.
